Frequently asked questions
What is Trabbit, exactly?
A training tracker for athletes with three connected pieces: recurring habits (with real season/rehab-aware scheduling), training logs for the sessions worth journaling, and performance tests for tracking numbers like lift maxes or sprint times over a season.
What makes it different from other habit trackers?
Most habit apps only track "done or not done," and quietly let you edit history to protect a streak. Trabbit tracks partial completion and late (backlog) completion as their own honest states — a missed day stays missed, and your streak is computed from what actually happened.
Is Trabbit free?
Trabbit has a free tier and an optional paid subscription for the full feature set. Pricing and any trial are shown in the App at checkout — see the Terms of Service for how billing works.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes. You can link a habit to a Health metric — steps, calories, exercise minutes, distance, or stand hours — and it'll auto-complete once Health reports enough for the day. Access is read-only; Trabbit never writes to Apple Health.
Does it work with WHOOP?
Yes. Connect your WHOOP account in Settings to link habits to recovery score, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep performance, or day strain, and to see that history plotted over time on the Progress tab. Also read-only.
What platforms is Trabbit available on?
iOS, currently in TestFlight beta. There's no Android version yet.
How is my data kept private?
Every table in the database enforces row-level security, so your data is only ever accessible to your own account — even at the database layer. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Full details in the Privacy Notice.
Can I export or delete my data?
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings — it's immediate and permanent. For a data export, contact bowlerm007@gmail.com.
