Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Matthew Bowler, trading as Trabbit ("we", "us"), governing your use of the Trabbit mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

What Trabbit is

Trabbit is a personal training-tracking tool for habits, training logs, and performance tests, with optional automatic syncing from Apple Health and WHOOP for habits you choose to link. It is not a coaching service, does not provide medical or professional athletic advice, and doesn't guarantee any particular training outcome.

Your account

You need an account to use the App, created directly or via Sign in with Apple or Google.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
Trabbit isn't intended for children, and account holders must be capable of forming a binding contract in their jurisdiction.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes your habits, logs, tests, and history. This can't be undone.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription, purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. The following applies to any subscription you purchase:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase, at the price and billing period (weekly, monthly, or annual) shown in the App at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions — Trabbit cannot cancel it on your behalf.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple under their own policies; we don't have the ability to issue refunds directly.
We may change subscription pricing going forward; any change won't affect a period you've already paid for, and we'll give notice before it applies to your next renewal where Apple's platform requires it.

Health and wearable data

If you link a habit to Apple Health or WHOOP, Trabbit reads (never writes) the relevant metric to automatically mark that habit's completion. This is a convenience feature, not medical or health advice — Trabbit doesn't interpret, diagnose, or make health recommendations from this data, and you should consult a qualified professional for anything related to your health or training safety.

Your content

You own the habits, logs, tests, and other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). We only use it to operate the App for you, as described in our Privacy Notice. You're responsible for what you enter — don't submit anything unlawful, or that you don't have the right to share.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; interfere with the App's normal operation; or reverse-engineer the App beyond what's permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The App itself — its design, code, and branding — belongs to Matthew Bowler. These Terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond using the App as intended.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we're not responsible for training decisions you make based on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. If we make a material change, we'll show an in-app notice the next time you open Trabbit, the same way we handle material changes to our Privacy Notice.
